Our Youth & Education Team helps develop, implement, sustain and grow youth and education programs that assist students in continuing their education and in becoming tomorrow’s scientists, engineers and leaders. We provide support over the full education lifecycle, from program and curriculum development, to professional staff development, to implementation, performance metrics, and program expansion.

We help stand up winning programs created with measurable performance metrics in mind, designed to best address national priorities through administration and budget changes. We ensure these programs meet all DoD and federal, state and local requirements and performance targets.

We currently support program development, management and oversight responsibilities in the for Department of Defense (DoD) – Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) civil youth programs. This includes the DoD STARBASE program, which provides STEM enrichment for elementary school students. We also support the National Guard’s Youth ChalleNGe Program, which helps high school dropouts earn high school degrees and GEDs.

Our expertise and relationships throughout the defense, education and federal arenas enable us to help our clients meet their missions, no matter the project size, scope or location. Our clients also draw on our in-house expertise and access in related areas, including BRAC, defense, and Executive Branch and Congressional relations.
